Dave, Thanks for having your website up without it my little friend would be gone.  I basically figured out what was wrong myself after reading about the Metcam. The vet gave him a test for feline luk. he was dying and emaciated. The package states dogs, dogs, dogs.  I spoke to one of the manufacturer vets and she was very cordial but said that many vets use it so called "out of the box" freakin great. No reimbursement and the vets office will not admit any wrongdoing, so I paid the bills, IV, fluids etc gave him a sub cue at home (what a bitch) and fed him back to health with canned food. Also he took antibiotics for 7 days. He seems fine now, but my faith in the vets office has dropped considerably.
